At certain point, objects that surround us are embedded of value by the mere fact of being hoarded, subject of custody and conservation. This theory equates the "value" of an exchangeable good or service (i.e., a commodity, an artwork, etc.) with the amount of attention it requires and accumulates. To understand these mechanisms is crucial to operate on social metabolism patterns over transformed resources. Avidity is therefore culturally moulded both in the intensity and duration of the yearning and its subsequent gratification.
